Your large and very comfortable rooms are beautifully furnished with quality fittings, linen and all the trimmings. Featuring individual air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms, LCD wide screen TVs to most rooms or just open the windows and enjoy the fresh air.  Wireless internet also available.

High Tea @ Mt Cotton Guesthouse
This decadent experience includes a range of scrumptious delights including home baked scones and jams, individual pannacotta, chocolate truffles, Portugese custard tarts, savoury tartlets, ribbon sandwiches and so much more. Two hour sessions start at 11am and 12.30pm Saturdays and Sundays, or other days by arrangement. Prior bookings essential. Guests not staying overnight most welcome.

$40 per person or $50 including glass of sparkling wine.

We are only 1.2km from a bushwalker paradise, bushland flora and fauna National Park (Venman's Reserve) and you can reach the Daisy Hill Forest and Koala Centre by taking a bush walk from Venman's or opt for a short 10 min drive.    From our property you can spot wallabies, koalas, possums and goannas. A popular spot for Bird watching our property has over 65 species of birds and is only 10 mins drive to Ramsar listed Eagleby Wetlands Reserve, a popular birding location for avi-tourists with over 203 bird species. 

During rainy periods our creek flows and cascades beside the house over the many small waterfalls which you can see and hear from many points in the guesthouse and gardens.
